**EASTERN MOTORCYCLE PARTS** **Terms and Conditions**

To become a Dealer please fill out our Dealer Application and fax back to          800-553-3401. We will then send you out our catalog and price sheet.          Eastern Motorcycle Parts requires a minimum $350.00 initial order and $50.00 there after. All orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $15.00 Service Charge Eastern's standard payment terms are Visa or MasterCard. We will be happy          to accept dealers checks and/or open accounts for dealers whose financial          history warrant. In order to maintain an active status, we require all Dealers to        have a yearly minimum sales of $500.00 or more. If this is not achieved we          will require a $350.00 minimum order to be Re-established to active status. Whenever possible orders will be shipped complete the same day they are received via U.PS. In all other cases, orders will be processed according to the buyer instructions.  All items not in stock will be cancelled, please Re-order. All U.P.S. ground orders shipped in the U.S.A. over $495.00 will receive Free freight benefits including insurance. Eastern will no longer pay C.O.D. fees. All U. P.S. orders over $495.00 that are being shipped special air services (2nd day and 3-day) Eastern will pay Half freight charges up to 50 pounds. Next day RED service, Eastern will pay 25% freight charges. **NO FREIGHT ALLOWANCE ON BULK BUYING OR SPECIAL PRICING** If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering , please Re-order, we do not hold back orders. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. No credit will be issued without the Original Invoice. All parts returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge, unless found to be defective or not as ordered. (Do not return parts that have been modified) Eastern has special pricing for our Dealers on all parts when they buy quantities of 100, 250 or 500 packs of a single item. Please note that you “will not” receive free freight with these special orders. All merchandise manufactured and/or distributed by Eastern Motorcycle Parts is fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Final decision in a just and prompt manner. Replacement or credit will be limited to parts manufactured by Eastern and does not include labor claims of any type. Dealers writing bad checks will be subject to all future orders being shipped COD Money order or Visa/MasterCard
